Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in our Minneapolis, Minnesota office. The successful candidate will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities that are central to the operation of our company. This role encompasses a variety of tasks related to accounting and administration.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily billing activities to ensure financial stability and transparency of the company.

• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) to maintain accurate financial records.

• Administer human resources tasks, contributing to the efficient functioning of the company.

• Process bank statements, ensuring the company's financial data is up to date and accurate.

• Oversee payroll operations, ensuring all employees are paid correctly and on time.

• Utilize accounting software systems to streamline financial tasks and improve efficiency.

• Apply knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Execute legal billing tasks, adhering to industry standards and regulations.

• Undertake other daily accounting and administrative tasks as required, ensuring the smooth operation of the company. Requirements • Possession of a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary.

• Must be adept at using Microsoft Excel.

• Able to perform a range of accounting functions.

• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management.

• Previous experience with Legal Billing is a must.

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration is preferred.

• Ability to handle and reconcile bank statements effectively.
