General Duties Overview
Demonstrates and promotes the company's visions.

Learns to conduct routine analyses in compliance with applicable methods, protocols, SOPs, and regulatory agency guidelines.
Learns how to document work and maintain study documentation and laboratory records.
Learns how to use laboratory equipment and software appropriate for assigned tasks.

Interacts with operational personnel, scientific personnel, and department management.
Expected to understand the process for handling hazardous wastes and receive on-the-job training for handling specific waste types in their job area.
Will be exposed to potential food allergens (ex. Milk, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish, etc.).
Overtime and weekend work as required.
Work requires some standing and sitting for long periods of time, including working within a laboratory hood and standing at a bench top.
Work requires the use of PPE (personal protective equipment).

Minimum Educational Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum Qualifications:
Requires no prior lab experience
New to the clinical laboratory testing environment
Strong Communication Skills and analytical skills
Ability to problem solve
Having the ability to adapt, in a fast-paced environment
Able to lift 30 pounds and be on feet for a portion of the day

This laboratory carefully maintains all hazardous materials. All employees must abide by Eurofins CellTX’s Safety and Exposure procedures. This includes using the provided safety clothing and equipment.
