Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining, installing, and repairing all equipment throughout our facility. This role involves working with industrial washers, dryers, conveyors, steam tunnels, and boilers, among other equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, and repair industrial washers, dryers, conveyors, steam tunnels, and boilers.

• Handle pneumatics and hydraulics systems.

• Work with 3 phase motors.

• Perform electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs.

• Utilize PLC troubleshooting and PLC control.

• Read and interpret blueprints.

• Perform welding tasks as needed (preferred but not required).

Essential Skills

• Mechanical skills

• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics

• Experience with electrical systems and troubleshooting

• Preventive maintenance expertise

• PLC troubleshooting and control

• Electrical maintenance and repair

• 3 phase motor knowledge

• Industrial maintenance experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Welding experience (preferred but not required)

• Boilers license

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
