Bio-Techne Manufacturing Assistant in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Pay Range:
$18.40 - $25.30
This position is responsible for participating in the production of Bio-Techne's various GMP antibodies and proteins that include: processing serum for purification, making buffers, cleaning, and maintaining the lab and its equipment. You will maintain knowledge of multiple products and procedures in order to further the ongoing development of new and existing products to help advance Bio-Techne's evolving portfolio.

Key Responsibilities: * *
Assist with lab duties such as preparing buffers, serum preparation, and taking inventory
Running gels
Cleaning and maintaining the lab and its equipment
Help to prep and monitor purifications as needed
Maintain records and data as needed
Carry out troubleshooting activities daily
Propose and implement process improvements
Collaborate with other departments/labs as needed
Follow guidelines and comply with all company safety, quality, and training procedures and regulations
Perform additional duties as assigned
Execute equipment validations
Be part of the team
Be able to follow existing procedures and GMP manufacturing requirements
Education and Experience:
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year laboratory experience. Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments.

Works independently with minimal supervision on routine tasks

Must work well both independently and in a team environment
