In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of orders, scheduling and releasing customer orders to production, and providing exceptional support to both internal and external customers. Additionally, you will serve as a backup for the Order Processor position, stepping in when needed to perform data entry functions and assist with customer orders.
