Position: Facilities Space Project Manager

Location: Onsite in Minneapolis, MN (Local candidates only; required to be onsite at least 3 days per week)

Engagement Length Estimation: 9-10 months

Description:

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the restack project for the Minneapolis campus. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Facilities Management or Space Management, along with proven experience in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Facilities Space Planning to understand stack, block, and fit plans.

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Communicate regularly with stakeholders and customers to ensure alignment and address concerns.

• Oversee project schedules and ensure milestones are met on time.

• Coordinate with the tech Project Managers to secure necessary IT resources.

• Manage the project budget, ensuring financial objectives are met.

• Work closely with the communications team to ensure clear and effective communication.

• Prepare and present project reports to leadership and stakeholders.
