Job Description

The Quality System Associate is responsible for supporting all procedures within the quality system. Key responsibilities include:

Handling complaints, including filling out complaint forms and initiating investigations with contract manufacturers for devices

Managing projects to ensure Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) are issued and plans are in place with contract manufacturers

Working cross-functionally with both internal and external personnel to ensure quality standards are met

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field

Experience with report writing (academic experience is acceptable)

Self-driven and self-motivated in a work setting

Desire to work in more of a start up setting

Nice to have

Previous post market/product surveillance experience

Work Environment

Working in an office environment. Would be reporting directly to someone who is not local so the person in this role needs to be able to receive direction and then run with it.
