It's fun to work at a company where people truly believe in what theyare doing!Job Description:As an Epiq receptionist you'll provide White Glove level reception and concierge support to our client at their downtown Minneapolis office.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the client's staff to assist with front officeAnswer incoming telephone calls and forward to the appropriate personTake accurate and complete messages for those who are unavailablePromptly greet and announce visitors in a friendly and business-like mannerMaintain a neat and organized reception desk and front lobby areaOrder and stock supplies as neededPerform other administrative and hospitality duties as requestedQualifications & RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 1 year work experience preferably as a ReceptionistPrevious experience in a client service field preferredAbility to multitask with attention to detailAbility to handle complaints with professionalism, patience, and diplomacyWorking knowledge of MS Word, Excel and OutlookAbility to lift or move 40 lbs. or greaterAbility to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 50 lbsAbility to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of timeThe Compensation range for this role is 18.00 to 22.50 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
