ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer several busy, high-volume incoming calls. Greet internal and external customers. Collect payments (cash and/or credit). Filing Print manufacturer invoices daily. Update inventory spreadsheets, prepare inventory key tags and labels. Preform inventory accounting functions. Other duties as assigned by the manager. Requirements WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES: Requires frequent sitting for prolonged periods of time in an office setting. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment. Ability to communicate by providing verbal feedback in a professional manner. Ability to receive and analyze data and input into the computer. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Normal range of hearing and vision. REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Must have a valid Driver's License with a good motor vehicle record. Superior interpersonal communication skills. Dealership experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to multitask. Excellent problem-solving skills with all customers. Demonstrate professionalism with customers over the phone and in person. Ability to successfully pass a General Abilities Assessment and Post-offer background check, physical and drug screening. REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: CANADA High school diploma or equivalent. Receptionist or cashier experience. Superior communication skills, both verbal and written. Automotive/truck dealership experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to multitask. Excellent problem-solving skills with all customers. Demonstrate professionalism with all customers over the phone and in person.
