What will you be doing?

• Responsible for day to day maintenance tasks on properties-Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.

• Repair and replace water heaters, garage doors, lock changes, changing faucets, light fixtures, drywall, leak detection, lease inspections.

• Prioritizing work orders, planning routes, scheduling with tenants, quality checks on vendor work.

What do you bring?

• Positive, can-do attitude

• Minimum 5+years light HVAC, light electrical, and plumbing experience. Handy with tools.

• Excellent communications skills and ability to prioritize and schedule workload.

• Higher education than HS diploma-Bachelor's Degree preferred.

• Knowledge of Section 8 rental licensing preferred not required

• CMMS Knowledge AppFolio or similar

• Reliable transportation required-Truck or Van preferred.

• Excellent time management, detail-oriented, professional customer focused approach at all times.
