Job Summary

Under the direction of the Manager, Talent and Organizational Development, the Talent Development Senior Specialist – Technology will be responsible for leading technology-related training solutions to enhance the skills and knowledge of associates. This includes the creation, management, and continuous improvement of technology training to drive overall system adoption.

Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technology training initiatives providing guidance and strategic direction.

  • Review strategic roadmaps and identify technology training needs in advance of deployment.

  • Establish training priorities, timelines, and objectives in collaboration with leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Understands technology to enhance the delivery and accessibility of training content, including the firm’s digital adoption platform.

  • Develop and deliver training programs that address the needs of the organization and evaluate the program effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and recommend effective training solutions.

  • Partners with I3T, T&C (Systems Team), business owners, product leaders, end users and external vendors to translate business needs into training and learning requirements on an on-going basis to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across teams.

  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics and provide expertise on program changes.

  • Coaches and supports associates to help them apply skills and knowledge.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technology training and development.

  • Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience orchestrating technical training.

  • Experience with instructional design tools such as Articulate, Guidde, etc.

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work with a variety of leaders to establish aligned goals and reinforce new behaviors.

  • Proficiency in leveraging technology for content creation and delivery.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams to design comprehensive learning experiences.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at once.

  • Social awareness and the ability to interact effectively with others.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms.

  • Experience in a professional services environment.

  • Ability to facilitate non-technical training content

Wipfli values fair, transparent, and competitive compensation, considering each candidate's unique skills and experiences. The estimated base pay range for this role is $73,000 - $98,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws.

Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
