We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Program Manager to lead and enhance our testing efforts, driving improvements in automation and data management. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our quality assurance processes and contribute to the overall success of our programs. Responsibilities Oversee and manage testing efforts to improve test environment management and automation. Assess opportunities to eliminate testing challenges and enhance lead time to change. Establish and communicate a comprehensive plan for testing improvements, including ownership and delivery timelines. Collaborate with internal teams to implement testing strategies and resolve environment issues. Conduct data collection and maintenance for statistical analysis and reporting. Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives for program success. Manage end-to-end testing processes, including test plans and dependency traceability. Coordinate defect resolution and conduct daily calls to expedite issue resolution. Ensure adherence to quality standards through regular audits and reviews. Formulate and monitor interconnected projects to assess performance and budgets. Skills Proven experience in program management, quality assurance, and testing coordination. Expertise in Test Automation and AWS. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Preferred Skills Experience in developing and managing budgets and operational plans. Familiarity with statistical analysis and reporting tools. Ability to define objectives and develop strategies for program execution.
