Acosta Group Operations Project Manager in Mississauga, Ontario

DESCRIPTION

The Operations Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of a program related to Field Personnel and the Operational components behind it. This would include but not limited to: training field personnel, performance managing and development of field personnel, creating and maintaining personnel records to include sales performance, in-store behavioural assessment, administering any necessary counselling/corrective action and monitoring reporting and training compliance.

The Operations Project Manager collaborates with internal stakeholders, and overall ensures the program runs smoothly. This position will work closely with the Internal Operations and Onboarding teams as well as manage the off-boarding process aligning with internal stakeholders such as HR and Payroll. They will work directly with the National Field Manager to consistently performance manage SECs, as well as ensure completion of all reporting and compliance of Mosaic and client established expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

NSOs, Remodels & Closures

  • Track & manage retailer requests for NSOs, Remodels & Closures, including delivery or removal dates

  • Work with Visual Merchandising PMs on needed display parts, fixtures and VM assets. Manage ordering & shipping to retailer by requested delivery date.

  • Ensure retailers receive or remove applicable parts within their respective due dates

Special In-Store Projects (including fixture rollouts and general Capex approved projects)

  • Track & manage project plan, including production schedules & delivery to stores

  • Support communication and status update to key stakeholders

Canada Field Team Support

  • Create & manage field team compliance decks for each partner.

  • Develop in-store installation instructions for use by field labour execution visual merchandising program.

  • Rep Tool Administrator for Market Managers

Security component support including:

  • Work as a liaison between WW Security and local teams.

  • Maintain & update a library of security components.

  • Maintain necessary levels of inventory to support everyday security needs for partners across North America.

  • Request and forecast security orders for product launches.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications-Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business or Marketing)

  • Two years of relevant work experience

  • Experience developing, tracking and monitoring cross-functional processes.

  • Project management experience ideal - multi-faceted complex modeling and process management.

  • Previous experience with leading, managing, guiding and developing direct reports.

Minimum Qualifications-Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent relationship building skills; proven success in building relationship with senior leadership.

  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and prioritization of tasks.

  • Ability to proactively determine client-based internal or external needs and present solutions.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as impeccable follow-up and organization and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

The work environment characteristics described are representative of those an employee may encounter while performing the essential functions of this job. Job may require moderate physical effort including lifting materials and equipment weighing less than 15 pounds. This position involves viewing a computer monitor for more than 30% of the time.
