Here’s where you’ll be focusing:
Enterprise Projects – Learning Program Manager (Retail Operations)
Oversee the adoption of the retail learning and communication platform.
Partner with key project stakeholders to ensure alignment and successfully implement the new platform.
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for adopting our new platform (Axonify) throughout the organization.
Create user-friendly guides, communications, or tools to support various types of end-users.
Design metrics and KPIs to measure adoption success and user engagement. Collaborate to identify the financing model and ROI.
Identify, engage, and manage key stakeholders to align goals and secure buy-in.
Act as the primary liaison among the different teams to promote cross-functional collaboration.
Monitor adoption progress, identify change risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with third-party vendors or consultants as needed.
Consult with other projects in the portfolio to ensure the updated learning and communication strategies are integrated:
Present regular updates and reports to key stakeholders to provide ongoing visibility into platform adoption, learning, and communication impact.
Collaborate with other project leads to ensure the learning and communications platform integrates seamlessly with other initiatives in the organization’s portfolio.
Align Axonify’s capabilities with broader organizational goals, ensuring they support and enhance the overall learning and communication strategy.
Act as a subject matter expert, offering insights on learning trends and strategies specific to a retail environment to inform decision-making and future planning.
Foster Collaboration and Alignment with Learning Teams:
Partner with enterprise and retail-focused L&D teams to align on goals, strategies, and priorities, ensuring a cohesive approach to learning initiatives.
Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with L&D counterparts across the organization to drive alignment and shared success.
Work closely with the L&D Shared Services team to ensure that enterprise projects impacting the Retail Operations L&D team are adequately resourced and supported.
Act as a key liaison between the Retail Operations L&D and Enterprise L&D teams, ensuring open communication, mutual understanding, and coordinated efforts.
Monitor the timely and high-quality delivery of L&D solutions, addressing challenges proactively and serving as an escalation point when needed.
What you have to offer:
Undergraduate degree, with a preference for adult education, communication, instructional design, information architecture or education
Change Management designation or equivalent experience
5+ years experience in a consulting, learning or communication partner, or program/project management
Experience managing/leading teams or project teams
Experience with the Axonify platform a plus

The salary range for this position in British Columbia is $91,000.00 - $126,000.00. We will consider factors such as your working location, work experience and skills as well as internal equity, and market conditions to ensure that you are paid fairly and competitively.
