Responsible for supplier visibility and new product resiliency data management and reporting. Maintaining, building, and alignment of key data sets and definitions across multiple business units and functions to create tools that help the company define, measure, and improve on core risk KPI's. Identification of improvements to data definitions and data process automations for risk and resiliency data.

*Will ideally work onsite on a hybrid basis in our Mississauga location.

Responsibilities:

+ + Owns the maintenance and improvement of the New Product Development Scorecard data and process documentation.

  • Designs and publishes a variety of reports using data from one or multiple systems.

  • Delivers visual interpretations of the data to aid leaders in decision-making.

  • Implements data governance practices, such as reviewing existing reports for completeness and accuracy.

  • Proposes resolutions for quality issues of limited scope to more senior level analysts/supervisor and escalates complex quality issues to supervisor or senior staff for resolution.

  • Converts raw data to key performance metrics regularly.

  • Able to identify and act on process automation opportunities to improve metrics reporting processes.

  • Manages supplier visibility data and mapping efforts, including coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Owns supplier onboarding and maintenance in supplier visibility tool and resulting data sets and key performance indicators.

  • Identifies process and data inconsistencies and creates and implements action plans that address findings.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as information technology and procurement organizations to implement and track efforts related to supply chain resiliency and supply chain data.

  • Leads regular meetings to report out on data, processes, and reports.

  • Uses data methodologies and business acumen to generate recommendations

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, analytics, or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years of experience in a supply chain or analytics role

  • Can synthesize complex data into themes, stories and recommendations

  • Knowledge or experience in supply chain data, resiliency and/or risk management

  • Data analytics skills (Microsoft Excel)

  • Understand how relational databases work (Access, SQL and/or Python)

  • Data visualization skills (Power BI or Tableau)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Can present data in a visually compelling format to help business stakeholders understand the issues, possibilities and recommendations

  • Understanding how to build presentations for audiences at different levels of the company

  • Some understanding of statistics, probability, and risk management techniques

  • Experience with supplier management and manufacuring is a plus
