Description

Seeking a confident and dedicated Attorney to join law firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple cases, making court appearances, and interacting directly with clients.

• Represent clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters.

• Conduct comprehensive research on applicable laws, regulations, and legal precedents.

• Draft, review, and file legal pleadings, motions, discovery, etc.

• Manage litigation cases from start to finish, with a customer-centric approach.

• Handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials.

• Collaborate with the legal team to discuss case details and plans.

• Regularly update clients on the case progress.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• A member in good standing with any state bar.

• Proven experience as a attorney.

• Proficient in legal research and writing.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases
