Jackie Meza with Robert Half has an exciting opportunity in the service industry, located in Modesto, California, for a controller. As the Controller you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, managing accounting functions, and ensuring efficient use of accounting software systems like QuickBooks. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Utilize accounting software systems, particularly QuickBooks, for efficient financial management

• Monitor and track cash flow to ensure financial stability and transparency

• Conduct financial analysis to identify company financial strengths and weaknesses

• Manage and negotiate contracts to secure the best terms for the organization

• Develop and implement financial strategies for the company

• Ensure quick and effective decision-making processes in all financial matters.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Controller or CFO role in the service industry.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must.

• Strong knowledge and experience in managing all Accounting Functions.

• Demonstrated ability in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Must be adept in using QuickBooks for financial management and reporting.
