This role includes coordinating machine shipments, managing aftermarket assemblies, and collaborating with departments like Engineering, Service, Sales, Inventory Control, Finance, and Sourcing to ensure on-time deliveries. The Production Supervisor also leads brainstorming sessions for process improvements and machine design enhancements and develops and maintains KPI reports.

What Youll Do:

• Oversee, direct, and manage production activities.
• Participate in cross-functional teams, contributing ideas, data, and ensuring successful execution.
• Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices within the production department.
• Ensure technicians are fully trained, successful in their daily activities, and provide regular feedback.
• Generate Engineering Change Notices, suggest machine design improvements, and calculate ROI.
• Monitor production standards to ensure timely product output.
• Promote shop floor organization and maintain plant cleanliness among personnel.

What Youll Need:

• Associate\'s Degree in a technical field or vocational program in a related field or equivalent experience in a closely related work field.
• Seven years of assembly experience in a lean manufacturing environment. Experience with high-speed food processing equipment is a plus.
• 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
