LADACIN Network’s Give & Take Child Care, a dedicated non-profit, fully inclusive, childcare center in Wanamassa, New Jersey, is seeking an inspiring Head Teacher to lead our childcare team and make a difference in the lives of children and families.Key Responsibilities:· Implement state approved engaging, age-appropriate Creative Curriculum.· Foster a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for children.· Mentor and support teaching staff, promoting a culture of teamwork.· Communicate effectively with families, building strong partnerships to support each child’s development.· Teamwork and collaboration with agency taught leaders.Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field such as: education, psychology, health care, nursing or any other field related to child growth and teaching (required).· Two or more years of proven experience in a childcare or educational setting.· Strong leadership, communication, technological and organizational skills.· Passion for working with children and a commitment to their growth.The Location:LADACIN is based in Monmouth and Ocean counties.
