Description We are currently searching for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Monroe, North Carolina. In this role, you will be expected to manage and reconcile accounts, execute check runs, and process invoices. You will also be responsible for data entry tasks and the use of various software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the entire accounts payable process, from receiving invoices to making payments

• Reconcile account balances with accuracy and efficiency

• Ensure proper coding of invoices for organizational tracking and budgeting

• Perform regular check runs to maintain cash flow and pay obligations

• Undertake data entry tasks, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting tasks

• Operate Oracle and QuickBooks for financial management and accounting tasks

• Monitor and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoice processing

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all transactions and activities

• Collaborate with other team members to improve and streamline processes. Requirements • Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk

• Proficiency in account reconciliation and accounts payable (AP)

• Demonstrated ability to conduct check runs

• Familiarity with coding invoices

• Strong data entry skills

• Experience in invoice processing

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of Oracle financial software

• Experience with QuickBooks software
