System One Planning Coordinator in Monroe, North Carolina

System One has an exciting opportunity for a Planning Coordinator in Monroe, NC. This is a 6 month contract supporting a specialty manufacturing company. Local candidates preferred as per diem is not offered.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Access and analyze information from all necessary applications and data sources to support planners and production control.

  • Review order supplements for changing plan orders

  • Support inventory reviews

  • Able to work independently and as part of larger collaborative team.

  • Create and issue Planner batches

  • Entering Sales Orders

  • Cross train with various product Planners

  • Support planning functions and Inter-Company Sales orders

  • Support customer status report requests

  • Support batch dating process updates

    Ideal Background

  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience.

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance is preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and Power Point at a minimum) required to accomplish day-to-day work activities and willingness to learn additional programs.

  • Sufficient experience learning and navigating industry specific internal applications.

  • Sufficient knowledge of company, products, objectives, and operations.

  • Oracle experience a plus.
