Our client, a leading aerospace manufacturer, is seeking a Contract Administrator II to join their team. As a Contract Administrator, you will be part of the Customer Services department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Contract Administrator II
Location: Monroe, NC
Pay Range: $41.06 per hour
What's the Job?
Serve as the primary customer interface for all contracting matters.
Establish and maintain trust and cooperation with customers while ensuring compliance with negotiated terms.
Work closely with government and commercial customers, as well as internal teams including Program Management and Finance.
Manage contractual relationships and resolve overdue accounts receivable issues.
Coordinate hardware demand with customers and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
What's Needed?
University Degree and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Proficiency in O365, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Experience with SAP is preferred.
Financial experience, including contract pricing.
Aerospace business experience is a plus.
