The TA Operations Leader directs the operational functions supporting successful hiring. This includes reporting and analytics, training (for hiring managers and Talent Acquisition staff), systems and tools management, vendor relationships, onboarding, and coordination. The role requires leveraging expertise to influence internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strategic priorities are met. Collaboration with Analytics on dashboard creation, Compliance & Legal on background checks and immigration, and TA leadership on proactive audit activities is also key.
What you'll do…
Provide overall strategic management of the TA operations function & lead programs including
Strategic Leadership & Planning : Develop and implement the global TA operations strategy, aligning it with business objectives and talent acquisition goals. This involves setting priorities, defining KPIs, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Vendor Management: Establish and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with all TA vendors (ATS providers, background check vendors, search firms, etc.). Oversee vendor selection processes (RFPs) to ensure optimal value.
Systems & Tools Optimization: Manage and optimize the global TA technology infrastructure, including the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Proactively identify process improvements, manage change requests, and evaluate new tools to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with HR analysts to resolve system issues.
Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting and analytics dashboards to track key hiring metrics, identify trends, and inform data-driven decision-making. Provide regular reports to leadership.
Compliance & Legal: Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, immigration policies, and regulations across all regions, partnering with legal and compliance teams.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing team of TA operations specialists, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
You'll have...
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
8-10+ years of experience in HR/TA Operations, including 5+ years leading global teams.
Proven expertise in managing and optimizing ATS and other TA technologies.
Strong analytical skills; experience translating data into actionable insights.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Thorough understanding of global employment laws, compliance regulations, and TA best practices.
Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
