Are you a data-obsessed marketer with a passion for wellness? Join Humana's Marketing Organization as a Senior Product Marketing Professional on the Wellness Member Marketing Team. Working remotely, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the well-being of our members, empowering them to live healthy, active, and rewarding lives while supporting Humana's enterprise goals. This role is ideal for someone with a background in Medicare, Medicaid, or DSNP-focused marketing, aiming to deeply engage members in health-positive behaviors like screenings and annual wellness visits.

Our Wellness Member Marketing team is eager to welcome a performance marketer with Medicare, Medicaid or DSNP experience who excels in developing targeted, multi-channel campaigns that resonate with our members. You'll collaborate with our Wellness/Go365 business and Clinical Quality partners to support our long-term growth strategy that includes improving member health and enterprise quality outcomes.

Key Role Functions

  • Develop and lead data-driven strategies for member engagement across various traditional and digital channels including social media

  • Lead test and learn strategies to increase member engagement

  • Use your analytical skills to identify and evaluate new opportunities based on campaign performance and market research

  • Foster strong relationships with business stakeholders and coordinate with both internal and external vendors and partners

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in health insurance or a related industry with multi-channel marketing

  • Results-oriented (tell us about the business outcomes you've driven with your campaigns in your resume!)

  • Proven track record creating and executing campaign strategies that meet or exceed business goals

  • Experience with social media strategy planning and implementation

  • Exceptional organizational skills that support meeting deadlines

  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively at all organizational levels

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Medicare, Medicaid, or DSNP-focused marketing initiatives centered around Health and Well-being

  • Adept at working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment

  • Experience working in agile marketing teams

Additional Information/Requirements

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria:

  • At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested

  • Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership

  • Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

  • Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

  • Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$84,600 - $116,300 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
