Summary
Position Title: Promotions Coordinator, Bell Média

Position Status: Full time, Temporary
Location: 1717 René-Lévesque East. Montreal, QC
Key Responsibilities
Develop concepts for radio promotions, in collaboration with internal teams, i.e. content, sales and digital departments
Ensure project timelines and delivery
Draft presentation materials
Ensure that web text, audio and visual production works properly
Reserve contests and other web components of promotions
Manage pricing, draft rules and regulations
Write and compile post-promotional reports and documents (participants, web stats)
Complete broadcast contracts and inventory reservation
Attend major Milestone
Ensure proper management, ordering and follow-ups for promotional materials
Contact winners
Manage purchasing budgets for various projects
Build and maintain good relationships with customers, partners and internal teams
Implement tools to improve time management, efficiency and promotional inventory management
Consistent with our brands and objectives, submit creative ideas that will build audience loyalty and reach new audiences with promotional strategies on-air, social and in the field
With great ease, the person must:
Write and coordinate a promotions plan
Participate in project budget management
Find suppliers and negotiate products and services according to a project
Perform various administrative tasks Skills
Preferred Qualifications
2 years experience in a job related role; B.S. in communications, administration or marketing, and/or digital related
Energetic, resourceful and organized
Ability to meet deadlines, manage priorities and be extremely detail oriented
Creativity and ability to work in a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good resistance to stress and job under pressure
Good autonomy and sense of responsibility
Ability to drive cases simultaneously with multiple stakeholders
Media background/interest is an asset
Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Facebook manager, project management software, Canva (or other presentation software)
Media or advertising agency experience (an asset)
