You will also be in charge of developing and co-ordinating communications strategies and tools to promote those initiatives.

Your primary duties will be the following:

  • Develop, negotiate, co-ordinate and implement three-way partnership plans; determine value and visibility exchanges with partners; define TV and/or radio distribution strategies for our specific needs.

  • Co-ordinate the distribution of benefits negotiated under partnership agreements (tickets, complimentary items, client events, etc.).

  • Support the communications officers in developing and deploying field activations, mainly by co-ordinating all the necessary steps: do technical and location scouting, ensure compliance with allocated budgets, gather requester needs, perform costing, obtain submissions, manage timelines and approvals, etc.

  • Manage and supervise on-site visibility materials and the production of communications tools and promotional elements tied into the various partnerships.

  • Draft clear strategic briefs, ensuring they are properly understood by stakeholders (field activation, ambassador briefs, etc.); work collaboratively with the various communications teams (360 strategy, creative studio, etc.).

  • Manage contests tied into our partnerships: oversee copywriting for the various activations (website, banners, social media); draft contest rules; obtain legal approvals; research, negotiate and manage prizes, communications and visibility; contact and follow up with winners and suppliers.

  • Collaborate with the team on large-scale event initiatives.

  • Together with the communications officers, make recommendations to the programming teams.

  • Guide and coach field ambassadors during on-site activations tied into partnerships.

  • Respond to inquiries in the partnerships email account.

  • Assist with the evaluation process to gauge the performance of implemented solutions and identify optimization opportunities.
