Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the pharmaceutical industry? We are looking for a proactive and innovative professional to take on the role of Senior Forecast Analyst, where you'll harness data-driven insights to fuel brand success and business optimization.
As a Senior Forecast Analyst, you will play a vital role in translating complex data into actionable strategies. This role is key to driving success across therapeutic areas and operational excellence while fostering collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. You’ll ensure the delivery of comprehensive financial plans, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to refining strategic objectives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
This position is based at our Montreal head office and requires an in-office presence 3 days a week.
The role reports into the Lead, Finance for the Specialty divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and underlying causes of variances.
Manage and optimize forecast models to incorporate new data opportunities.
Lead the forecasting process, ensuring effective data management.
Oversee the forecasting process and facilitate strategic business discussions.
Deliver timely business-focused analyses.
Utilize data to address complex business challenges and opportunities.
Align financial highlights and risks with Finance and brand managers.
Collaborate with Market Access on brand listing assessments.
Cultivate strong internal relationships and remain informed on industry developments.
Support brand teams by integrating analytical insights with business strategy.
Engage with cross-functional teams, including Trade and market access.
Qualifications

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, or Science
Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in analytical roles such as Sales, Marketing, or Market Research.
