Our client, a dedicated healthcare provider, is seeking a CNA-Certified Nursing Assistant to join their team. As a CNA, you will be part of the nursing department supporting the well-being of residents. The ideal candidate will have compassion, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent care, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNA-Certified Nursing Assistant

Location: Montrose, NY

Pay Range: $24 per hour

Shifts:

Full time, must be open to working every other weekend

1st shift 7AM-330PM - Immediate Need

What's the Job?

• Provide direct hands-on care to residents, assisting with bathing, dressing, and other daily living activities.

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff promptly.

• Follow established policies and procedures for treatments and resident care.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring resident rooms are tidy.

• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain certification and enhance skills.

What's Needed?

• No Prior experience required-but must have valid NY CNA Certification; a willingness to learn and grow is essential.

• Certification as a Nursing Assistant NY required

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.

• Strong attention to detail and a compassionate approach to care.

• Commitment to following safety and hygiene protocols.
