**[[Job Duties: [The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks in one or more fields expertise including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing.

• Inspect buildings and other structures to determine functional systems and detect needed repairs.
• Perform minor electrical maintenance including the replacement or repair of fixtures, switches, bulbs, fuses, outlets, and appliances.
• Perform minor plumbing maintenance such as the repair of leaks, unclogging of drains and the replacement of drain hoses.
• Perform minor painting, carpentry, and masonry work.
• Reconfigure, install, position, and remount modular offices to accommodate user needs.
• Move furniture and prepare workspaces and other items as requested.
• Document all work in CMMS and maintain required documents.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to work flexible hours which may include nights and weekends.
• Uphold and participate in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy and MMAD volunteering opportunities.

• All applicants must have a High school diploma or Trade or Vocational School; and have at least 2 years experience in facilities maintenance to include HVAC experience and a basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
