Overview

We are looking for a Clinical Education Specialist to join our team. This position reports to theAVP of Education and Clinical Excellence.

  • Plan and manage curriculum and programs to ensure hospice healthcare professionals have the skills, knowledge, and resources to perform their job duties

  • Evaluate and improve curriculum and programs to align with organizational strategy and improve quality outcomes.

About You

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license in state of residence

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred

  • Two (2) years of hospice experience with knowledge in nursing workflow and electronic health record processes, preferred

  • Up to 50% travel is required

  • Knowledge in hospice care, regulatory and accreditation standards and experience in adult learning theory and practice

  • Excellent critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, and Articulate 360
