Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager (Operational) plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of the projects support the successful implementation of the company-wide business plan.
Key Responsibilities:

High proficiency with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Strong organizational and planning abilities
Good communication and strong customer service skills.
Good organization and time management skills.
Ability to train company staff and hospital personnel.
Exhibits confidence and an extensive knowledge of best practices when solving business problems
Ability to interact with all levels of employees and all types of customers (both technical and non-technical personnel)
Works well as a member of a team; Consults with others for best solutions and shares knowledge
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Seven (7) years’ experience in the biomedical field, including project management, plus four (4) years in biomedical supervision preferred.
Certified Associate Project Management Certification (CAPM) or willingness to obtain within 12 months of hire.
Bachelor’s degree in science, business or related subject preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience can be substituted
Valid driver’s license, availability to travel to customer sites within assigned territory.
Comply with all hospital policy and health requirements, i.e. Hepatitis Vaccinations, TB test and other immunizations as required.
Vision and hearing correctable to within normal range to communicate with customers and perform repair work.
