Overview

We are looking for a Talent Management Consultant to join our team. This position will directly report to the Director of Talent Management and is responsible for collaborating with business leaders, subject matter experts, and partners in Human Resources. This individual will create and maintain and/or enhance solutions that close gaps in skills and knowledge that will ultimately impact the associate and their patient care. The primary goal is to ready clinical and non-clinical associates for their current role, as well as develop their career and contributions for future needs of the business.

  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including e-learning modules, instructor-led courses, job aids, and blended learning solutions tailored to clinicians and non-clinicians

  • Use data analytics to track and examine training programs and the effectiveness of programs

  • Maintain and enhance SharePoint sites, ensuring they are user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for efficient collaboration and information sharing

  • Curate content for learning materials based on input from leaders, business partners, and subject matter experts or key performers

About You

This position will use excellent collaboration and consulting skills to work with stakeholders and leaders at all levels, write performance-based objectives, and select appropriate instructional techniques to develop a diverse set of solutions. This position requires a skilled professional with instructional design and development experience. The Talent Management Consultant must be able to create usable content for a wide range of learning approaches, including blended learning, instructor-led in-person experiences, virtual classrooms, self-paced eLearning, mobile solutions, and on-demand resources using various development tools.

  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design adult education or Human Resources, or equivalent work experience.

  • 2-3 years of experience developing classroom-based, eLearning, and virtual learning solutions using a variety of media and development tools

  • The ideal candidate will be experienced with designing training solutions and talent development experiences leveraging a range of methodologies.

  • Prior experience partnering with learning vendors on large scale projects

  • Experience with video production, audio recordings, and content curation skills preferred

  • Experience working in Hospice or Palliative care strongly preferred

We Offer

Compensation may vary within the salary range provided based on several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications and department equity. Gentiva provides associates with a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package, of which base pay is just one piece.

Salary Range – $80k - $85k
