Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Shipper Supervisor to join our team. This role involves leading the Shipping department within a heavy manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervisory roles and experience with hand tools, ensuring the smooth operation of shipping and receiving processes.
Responsibilities
Cover all job duties of the supervisor in their absence.
Determine job priorities.
Conduct and document final shipment inspections.
Maintain a clean and safe workplace at all times.
Participate in regular departmental meetings and communicate the status of assigned goals and targets.
Ensure that your team's motivation and focus are consistently on meeting the assigned goals.

Prior shipping experience.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform periodic kneeling and back bending.
Capability to lift up to 30 lbs, with heavier materials being managed by overhead cranes and fork trucks.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $74880.00/yr.
