OBJECTIVE:
The Director of Information & Technology Management is responsible for establishing and communicating the vision for the technology and management organization, ensuring excellent client relations throughout the organization, with effective communications and collaboration.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish and communicate the vision for the Information & Technology organization.
Ensure excellent client relations throughout the organization with effective communications and collaboration.
Ensure an environment of psychological safety and organizational excellence permeates the workplace.
Ensure scope of work is executed safely while consistently delivering high quality results in a timely manner.
Lead staffing initiatives to recruit, retain, and develop highly qualified employees who enjoy their work
Espouse and live the LMSP mission statement and core values.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, LICENSE, CERTIFICATION, and EXPERIENCE
Education
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field. Master’s degree in a Business Management or related field preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 15 years of relevant/supervisory experience.
Licenses
Valid Driver’s License
Certifications
No professional certification required.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Understands the basic principles of information Technology and Information and Records Management.
Understands and has demonstrated excellent client management and relations skills.
Demonstrated management and leadership of an organization of 50+ personnel
Experience working in and promoting a disciplined culture of organization excellence.
Experience working in and promoting a safety conscience work environment including psychological safety.
Ability to recruit, develop, maintain, and motivate a highly skilled staff.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position provides direct/indirect supervision to (department) staff under their charge.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $160,000 - $210,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
