Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team for two properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in maintaining and repairing various systems and equipment. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Duties: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties, ensuring all systems are functioning efficiently. Supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and leadership to ensure tasks are completed effectively. Conduct residential painting tasks as needed, ensuring high-quality finishes. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns and requests promptly. Use an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools to assess electrical systems and perform necessary repairs. Turn apartments in a timely manner. This includes painting, cleaning, repairs and replacements. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall functionality of facilities. Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance tasks. Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in maintenance work. MUST BE A SELF STARTER. Must be comfortable working alone and getting tasks done within the time allotted. Proficient in residential painting techniques.
