Amentum Sharepoint Administrator in Morgantown, West Virginia
The SharePoint Administrator configures our SharePoint platform, providing support software as necessary, and addressing and resolving any issues with the software performance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Installing the SharePoint platform, integrating applications, and creating libraries.
2.Adding users, controlling access to document libraries, and setting permissions.
3.Performing maintenance of the SharePoint platform, servers, and intranet.
4.Utilize third-party tools to improve SharePoint administration efficiency.
5.Performing SharePoint Farm security configuration and administration.
6.Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues or malfunctions.
7.Providing SharePoint support and end-user training.
8.Performing data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss.
9.Ensuring sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data.
10.Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to develop or enhance data strategies, systems, processes, and initiatives.
11.Conducting regular reviews of SharePoint to analyze operating efficiency.
12.Ability to create user logons and LDAP/ADFS.
13.Keeping up to date with SharePoint developments and performing version updates and upgrades.
14.Providing Level II Help Desk support for SharePoint.
15.Maintaining and updating system changes, operations manuals, annual reviews, disaster recovery plans, and other documents, records, and information regarding SharePoint.
16.Mentoring junior staff members.
17.Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, LICENSE, CERTIFICATION, and EXPERIENCE
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, or related STEM field. Experience in lieu of education considered.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience and at least 2 years' experience as a SharePoint administrator.
Licenses:
Valid Driver’s License
Certifications:
No professional certification required
No clearance requirement but the contract and/or the site requires US Citizenship to be approved for access. (includes NACI / T1, MRPT, CAC):
Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.

6.Demonstrate on-the-job experience in technical writing, interpersonal communication skills, and presentation/training skills.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $109,704.24 - $138,899.72 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
