Description

Prepare injections for doctors (do not administer) Running and assisting patients Meet with surgical patients (history and physical) Review medications with patients Complete booking sheet entries Provide patients with lab sheets after completion Discuss surgical procedures with patients Handle clinical phone calls Utilize critical thinking skills Contact doctors for assistance Submit patient cases to doctors Manage buckets (inboxes in Athena) for clinical questions and medication refills Handle surgical specialty tasks Prepare charts Fill out paper prescriptions for patients (name and label) Print the last chart note for patients The office sees 60-70 patients a day

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $39.00
