CORPORATE RECRUITER - Enterprise Role Overview – Located in Research Triangle Park/ Morrisville, NC
Independently manages the search and selection process for professional, management, technical, and other niche skill positions. Manages the full lifecycle of staffing processes; to include networking and pipelining. Engages and leverages business partners such as Operations Managers, Corporate Managers and Leadership Team to achieve results and deliver on Staffing plans. Individual contributor role with 3-5 years of recruiting experience. Reports directly to the Vice President of Talent Attraction & Network Development.
Position Overview and Description:
Strong, seasoned recruiter to provide full life cycle recruiting in a client focused, fast paced, high volume environment
Partners with senior leaders in the organization who they support and multiple business partners in discussing needs and staffing strategy
Heavy focus on shifting priorities and hiring for key positions in a client focused team environment
Partners with department head in defining shifting priorities, external relationships, onboarding execution
Works closely with the hiring manager to understand the job specifications and necessary technical skills required to fill the position. Acts as the main point of contact for posting open positions and screening applicant resumes.
Supports department leaders in the recruiting processes through the ability to source, phone screen and interview applicants for job openings.
Responds to all applications within a timely fashion.
Manages all recruitment efforts for new community and college partnership developments in conjunction with the Hiring Managers.
Coordinates and executes on periodic job fairs with key leaders within the organization.
Works collaboratively to draft and/or edit job descriptions, ensuring consistency related to job titles, essential duties and responsibilities, etc.
Responsibilities
Scope of Responsibilities:
Manage client and candidate relationships at the professional level
Provide consultative recruiting services; including research, market intelligence, sourcing, candidate development assessment, advising clients and closing
Continuous pipelining to identify a broad and diverse external talent slate
Extensive interaction with challenging clients who move with a high sense of urgency
Work with a high volume of requisitions and candidates
Development and execution of staffing hiring plans
Strong teamwork, integration and partnerships with Talent Acquisition partners
Qualifications
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years professional level recruiting experience. Responsibilities will include but not limited to; developing and executing candidate sourcing strategies, cold calling, candidate assessment through in-depth phone screens/interviews, management of the end-to-end recruiting process
Experience in HealthCare / Dental industry is preferred but not mandatory
Ability to work across the organization to achieve results, and has ideally worked in a medium to large organization requiring interaction within multiple business units
Must have client management experience, with strong credibility, presence, and the ability to influence hiring managers and provide consultative services
Must have an ability to handle a high volume of requisitions and candidate flow
Experience providing fact-based assessments of talent to provide clear recommendations
Use innovative techniques and contemporary technology tools to meet the staffing needs of the business
Act with a sense of urgency and bias for action
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally verbally and in writing. Ability to present and provide training related to recruiting when needed.
Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with internal employees and external candidates.
Experience using Microsoft office products including word, excel and outlook. Ability to quickly learn relevant software applications.
Demonstrates considerable skill in being resourceful and problem solving. Maintains a degree of flexibility and tolerance for change.
Maintains a high level of confidentiality and business ethics, while dealing with sensitive information and situations.
Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate with employees at all levels.
Self-motivating with a high level of positive energy, takes initiative and innovates.
Must be a team player and have the ability to be flexible and adaptable to rapid change
Experience with iCIMS applicant tracking system a plus
