FOOD SERVICE WORKER MOSCOW HIGH SCHOOL
SALARY
\$15.94/hour
HOURS
6.5 hours/day 7:30am 2:00pm
STARTING DATE
As soon as possible.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Work under the direction of the Head Cook assisting with all aspects of food service; planning for meals including breakfast and lunch, preparing food, serving students and staff, clean up and recordkeeping for the school meal program.
QUALIFICATIONS
1.
Knowledge of sanitation and techniques used in food handling; ability to follow instructions; accuracy in record keeping and cash counting.
2.
Experience in serving and working with large quantity food preparation is desired.
3. Willingness to perform various cleaning tasks necessary to maintain compliance with sanitation requirements.

Ability to complete food safety and sanitation courses as required for the position.
5.
Basic computer skills.
6.
Ability to stand for long periods of time and in conditions of extreme heat.
7.
Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds.
8.
Ability to work as a team member in a fast-paced environment and collaborate positively with others.
9.
Ability to promote health and nutrition to school children and provide a positive environment.
DESIRED
Valid drivers license.
