We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines in our production facility. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth attention to detail, experience with machining processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure high-quality production output. This is a permanent position with full benefits and employee perks!

salary: $39,520 - $41,600 per year

work hours: 6 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., lathes, milling machines) according to production schedules.

• Interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and CAD drawings to program machine functions.

• Load raw materials into the CNC machines, monitoring machinery for performance and output.

• Ensure precision of finished parts, using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) to meet tight tolerances.

• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure proper function.

• Maintain accurate records of production, machine settings, and adjustments.

• Follow safety protocols and company policies, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of production goals.

• Make suggestions for process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 45lbs

• standing for 7 hours at one time
