Annual Salary range of $140,000-$170,000 based on applicant profile. Your challenges: Recognize the difference between project impact vs. business impact. When changes/decisions have business impact, engage with key stake holders before acting. Be the center of communication and action between the team and the customer for the successful delivery of project deliverables as defined below. Independently prioritize components of a project such as resource management, tasks, issues etc. Ensure all project deliverables meet the specification/requirements, are delivered on time based on the master schedule provided and are within the established project budget. Ensure each specification is formally received from Sales and translated into a complete list of prioritized development and/or production deliverables. Anticipate and resolve. Ensure all requirements are understood, requesting clarity ASAP when unknowns exist. Anticipate and resolve. If deliverables are well defined but out of scope (budget, schedule, requirements) communicate to key stakeholders. Anticipate and resolve. Quickly document and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders when changes are made to the schedule or budget due to but not limited to changes or incompleteness to the specification and/or requirements. While staying within a project budget, optimize profitability, making conscious spending decisions based on established deliverables, specifications, and requirements. Work with all Engineering Departments to ensure BOMs and drawings are complete. Schedule and drive project wrap-up debrief meeting with key stakeholders to identify lessons learned. Convert output of meeting into improving existing or creating new processes to ensure future improvement. Your Boarding Pass: Education: Required Bachelor's degree in business related field. Preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) Experience: Required Minimum 5-10 years of program management or lead experience. Minimum 5-7 years of experience providing quality customer service. Minimum 5 years of engineering experience (ME, EE, Software, Systems, Applications). Be available to travel domestically and internationally to customer sites, providing technical and program leadership up to 2 weeks at a time, up to 25%. Professional, consiste
