Our Americas Business & Sales Operations (BSO) is the center of excellence for cross-business execution performance, strategy & planning, and sales operations. The team helps scale execution, operationalize business & sales programs, drive business strategy, sales, and partner transformation that accelerate Microsoft’s business objectives locally across the Enterprise Business supporting Leaders, Managers, and Sellers.

If so, the Americas Business and Sales Operations (BSO) team is looking to hire a Senior Sales Operations Program Manager - Field Enablement.
In this role, you will have a background in technology and project management experience and will be a key strategic partner (“voice of”) across our segments, sales teams and leadership to understand, prioritize, and rationalize business needs, pain points, gaps, successes, etc. around sales enablement, BI, Insights, analytics, and experience. Additionally, you will help train the Americas subsidiary across a variety of roles to land key sales enablement implementations. This team scales by utilizing standard worldwide platforms, processes and tools, and delivering Region and Segment level analytics to light up business insights that enable "One Microsoft" growth planning and speed in decision making.

Responsibilities
Integrate and work with Americas field teams, Finance, Leadership, and Worldwide (WW) teams to prioritize business and insights needs aligned to priorities and execution
Serve as the project manager as you move from business idea through technical implementation and landingin partnership with WW teams.
Provide ad-hoc training support to ensure certain reports and tooling land and are adopted across the Americas
Interpret data, analyze results, and ensure delivery of end-to-end deep data analysis/trends to “light up” actionable strategic insights related to stakeholder businesses & their impact across the Microsoft business
Utilize/deliver standardized tools and reporting which enable speed, efficiency, and scale in the business to accelerate the efforts to enable standardized sales operations
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities, including leveraging AI solutions
Develop, execute, and drive the end-to-end Insights & Sales Enablement experience strategy for the Americas, with key systems like MSX Insights
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Accounting, Information Systems, Social Sciences, or related field AND 8+ years experience in sales operations, project management, analytics, compensation, sales performance analytics, finance/business analyst, process improvement, business development, consulting, finance, marketing, or a related field
OR equivalent experience.
7+ years of Project Management with proven record of delivering and landing sales enablement solutions
5+ years of enterprise experience in ANY combination of the following: translating business requirements into technical specifications, training on technical reporting/solutions, or data analysis and insights
3+ years of technical capabilities in data-related modeling/display solutions including but not limited to Power BI, Excel, SQL, DAX,or PowerApps
Preferred Qualifications:
Business knowledge of Microsoft Commercial Solution Areas (ie, Modern Work, Azure, Biz Apps) and practical applications of AI for Enterprise customers.
Effective communication and collaboration skills with capability to execute with business and IT stakeholders. (Functional - Ex. Sales, Partner, Services, Microsoft Field Sales - knowledge preferred)
Proven executive communication and the ability to deliver clear instruction over digital, written, and live communications.
Astute problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with Microsoft and/or Industry business, Microsoft Partner ecosystem, Microsoft Sales Process, Sales operations and/or Finance
Sales Operations IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $115,000 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $146,200 - $219,200 per year.
