Conduct regular quality inspections of ongoing projects to ensure adherence to industry standards.
Develop inspection criteria and checklists in collaboration with project teams to maintain high-quality outcomes.
Manage the handover and takeover processes of projects, ensuring a smooth transition between teams and stakeholders.
Oversee the final inspection and commissioning of new installations to verify compliance with project specifications.
Lead the facility management team, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance performance.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment by encouraging team communication and cooperation.
Establish strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure performance aligns with contractual obligations.
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to improve vendor performance and service delivery.
Oversee the maintenance and operation of 11kV substations, including HT and LT systems, ensuring reliability and safety.
Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of Diesel Generators, HVAC systems, Fire Protection Systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
Manage circuit breakers (ACB, VCB, MCCB, MPCB, MCB) and Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) for motor controls.
Supervise the installation and maintenance of motor starters (DOL, Star-Delta, soft starters), relays, and control drives.
Oversee the operation and maintenance of various range Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) and PAC units for servers and data centers.
Cultivate a safety culture by implementing regular training sessions and safety audits across all teams.
Maintain compliance with local regulatory standards and industry best practices to ensure safe operation on-site.
Prepare and preserve Maintenance Management Reports (MMR), weekly Management Information Systems (MIS), and PowerPoint presentations for ongoing projects.
Ensure meticulous record-keeping of all documentation for audits, including reports, inspections, and compliance records.
Act as the point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication regarding project status and access requirements.
Liaise with occupants and other departments to facilitate project timelines and address any concerns or requirements.
Implement an efficient asset management system to track equipment, inventory, and spare parts.
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and manage inventory as per purchase orders and project requirements
