Job Summary:

This role requires a highly analytical security professional with strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience in security investigations, supply chain management, and crisis management is essential. Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and Power BI is required. Prior experience in a SOC/GSOC environment is preferred. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, results-oriented, and able to effectively communicate complex security issues.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Competencies:

Communication:

  • ·Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other relevant data analysis tools. Prior experience working with physical and system security (Access Control & CCTV) is essential. Working experience in a Security Operations Centre (SOC) or Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) role is preferred.

Analytical & Problem-Solving:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights.

Investigation Expertise:

  • Proven experience in conducting investigations within a corporate or supply chain management environment.

Supply Chain Management:

  • In-depth knowledge and experience in supply chain management principles and practices.

Crisis Management:

  • Proven experience in supporting and executing crisis management initiatives.

Global Collaboration:

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with and support Global CSO and RSO teams. Flexible to work with different regions and sites.

  • Support the GCS ROW in ad-hoc missions.

Project Management:

  • Develop and present work plan proposals to RSO ROW & CSOs by the end of Q3.

  • Track audit work plan progress monthly.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Proficiency in creating and presenting insightful dashboards utilizing tools like Power BI and effectively communicating data-driven insights.

  • Periodic data collection and risk assessment. Track investigation time, CAPA development, and closure.

  • Utilize Power Platform Services to track notifications, CAPA due dates, cyber security incidents, and update databases (SharePoint/BI tool/Excel/PPT).

Security Expertise:

  • Facility security & Cyber-attack incident - Incident Root Cause Analysis.

  • ELC, facility security, product security including EMSO sites Audit Masterfile.

  • Crisis Management - Awareness, training schedule preparedness, and follow-up.

  • Security assessment / advisory on external events involving Teva employees.

Adaptability & Flexibility:

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and assignments.

Other:

  • Perform miscellaneous activities as required.
