The following activities will be undertaken by the Associates provided by (Service provider) onsite. However this is not the limited list and will include any activities that may relate to managing Transport requirement for client staff:

· Gather on weekly basis the Transport roster for the client staff for regular transport for the following week

· In the event of change in roster, receive requests from client staff for arranging transport and provide prompt service

· Create and monitor roster, routing and vehicle deployment schedule

· Ensure adherence to client Transport policy at all times

· Ensure timely communication to client staff on transport arrangement through agreed mode of communication e.g. SMS, phone, email etc.

· Deploy vehicles as per the schedule. In the event of any contingency situation during deployment of vehicles, manage such situations in consultation with client Admin & Facilities team in an effective manner and without any impact on the services provided to the client staff

· Monitor vehicle movement through GPS coordinates and handle any exceptions in a manner that is advised. In the event of any major deviation/issue, communicate with client Admin & Facilities team to handle such issues in given process & procedures

· Coordinate with drivers in order to ensure timely and efficient transport facility to the client staff

· Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) through dedicated Transport Helpdesk for all the Transport related queries/feedback/issues from staff of client

· Act as 1st level of support for any transport related queries/issues raised by client staff

· Maintain issue/query/feedback tracker and send it to client Admin & Facilities team for review on regular basis

· Prepare, maintain and circulate daily / weekly / monthly MIS & dashboard and share with client Admin & Facilities team

· Work on any adhoc reports / details required by client Admin & Facilities team

Ø Weekend 1 day off (Transport Mobile calls service uninterrupted
