The Retail Operations team supports the elevation of the Tiffany brand through the introduction of physical and technological tools in our stores, transforming the client and employee experience across the store network. The Retail Operational VIE will play a critical role in supporting key retail projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring seamless execution of global initiatives, and elevating the brand through robust project planning and task management. The VIE will ensure that every project and initiative aligns with the brand’s standards of excellence. Additionally, the VIE will support the central project management of tasks supporting the transformation of the brand by ensuring that systems and processes not only meet operational readiness but also uphold and enhance the brand’s identity and values.

Accountabilities:

  • You support our Operations Manager in the creation of presentations and the preparation of guidelines and booklets for the daily operations of our stores

  • Together with the Retail Excellence Team, you will be involved in various projects and also take on (sub-)projects on your own responsibility

  • You carry out calculations on various issues and topics - from occupational safety to logistics and facilities, everything is included here

  • You take on the communication and coordination of external suppliers and provide support with requests for quotations

  • You support the provision of resources required in the daily store business

  • You support the preparation of audit-relevant topics and are involved in checking whether processes and standards are being adhered to

  • In cooperation with our employees in the stores, you take care of feedback on the various stages of international projects in the retail sector. Based on the information collected, you derive best practice examples and prepare them for further communication

Required Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English and German both verbal and written

  • Degree or concentration in business, operations, or a related field

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey critical information to corporate leadership and retail audiences. Fluency in English (verbal and written)

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain focus under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work with international teams and external partners.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.

  • Ability to manage time efficiently, balancing competing priorities while meeting deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with an understanding of how to use these tools for project execution and collaboration

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of the luxury or retail industry.

  • Previous experience or education in project management, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage timelines effectively.

  • Experience working in a multicultural or global team environment.

VIE Program Requirements:

  • Ages 18 - 28

  • French or European Union citizen

  • Be in good standing with regard to the national service obligations of your country(ies) (defence ID n°)

  • Available to devote yourself full time to your assignment
