3rd Shift Operations Supervisor– $70K

• 2,2,3 shift overnight 6pm-6am every other weekend off

What will you be doing?

• Oversee all areas of the plant to ensure SQR standards are being met on all products

• Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports.

• Direct area supervisors and associates in the proper usage of safe manufacturing practices, including the hazards of particular products being produced and ensure accountability

What do you bring?

• Bachelor's Degree related field or 5 years of equivalent experience and training

• Working knowledge of Total Process Control (TPC) practices and procedures

• Manufacturing plant supervisor experience
