FOUNDRY SUPERVISOR - 2ND SHIFT

CWC Textron, LLC, is looking for a 2nd Shift Foundry Supervisor for its Muskegon location. We are a safety conscious foundry that has been in operation for over 115 years, serving customers such as Toyota, General Motors, Chrysler and Ford. • Management and provide direction to shift production personnel in area of responsibility to maintain efficient operation of the Foundry Department through effective scheduling, supervision and communication for all products and personnel.

• Process include management of the mold / sand line and ACS Unit.

• Direct and provide insight on quality, safety, teamwork, and participative communications. Responsible for meeting company goals through processes of continuous improvement, waste elimination, team cooperation, employee development, consistent practices, proactive problem solving, visual management and customer satisfaction, both internal and external.

• Adhere to all Kautex and Textron policies, procedures and compliance directives and all other laws applicable to this facility in order to support the overall Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience is a plus

• Prior experience working in a foundry/mold department preferred

• Higher education classes/degree is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
