Emerson HR Business Partner in MÖLNLYCKE, Sweden

By joining Emerson as an HR Business Partner for the Swedish organization, you are going to make a difference for people as well as for the organizational success. You will be acting as a proactive advisor and support managers within all aspects of HR matters focusing on Leadership, Talent, Culture and Capability. You will also provide expertise in HR strategies, labor law and practices.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Support compliance and provide the organization with processes, updated routines, and support within labor law, CBA, and other HR-related matters

  • Equip managers to handle rehabilitation, organizational and social work environment, and other personnel-related areas.

  • Maintain union relations and conduct negotiations.

  • Support managers in performance management at both process and individual levels.

  • Provide targeted training efforts and handle performance issues as well as improvement and development plans.

  • Collaborate with the business to build and implement HR solutions aligned with strategic objectives.

  • Proactively analyze HR processes and create opportunities for improvement.

  • Drive the development of an inclusive and engaging work culture.

  • Collaborate with managers and collaborators to support change and transformation initiatives.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruitment teams to attract and retain talent.

Who You Are:

You are a proactive, strategic problem solver with a passion for fostering leadership and organizational development. As an experienced HR professional, you are used to supporting managers across various HR subjects.

You enjoy building relationships and working collaboratively with managers, union representatives, and employees to drive positive change and promote an inclusive, engaging work culture.

You are a champion of diversity and inclusion, able to influence and contribute to culture development through innovative ways. Your way of communication and your analytical approach allow you to successfully implement HR strategies and support the organization in its transformation and growth initiatives.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Proven experience of supporting managers within HR matters focused on compliance, performance management, talent acquisition and continuous improvement.

  • Analytical skills to resolve process gaps and implement efficient solutions.

  • Proficiency in English and Swedish.
