About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Supply Finance team. In this role, you will serve as a key business partner to our Vineyard Operations team, providing financial analysis and insights to support the viticulture operations. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's overall capital expenditure (CapEx) process. This position requires a blend of analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the Vineyard Operation team to build and deliver annual operating budgets, long-term plans, and quarterly forecasts.
Provide meaningful insights in the financial performance of the Vineyard Operation
Support business partners in the monthly reporting process by developing concise forecasts of business risk & opportunities.
Before, during, and post-harvest, generate analyses and issue financial forecasts to give early insight into future cogs performance. Analysis shall be suitable for use at and presentation to the executive level.
Develop forecasted full-year recovery and inventory recognition positions.
Fully-participate in annual long-term planning (5YP) and vintage costing processes by developing and improving models to produce cogs forecasts and final recovery rates.
Provide financial support and analysis for Capital Expenditure & leases requests; partner with regional and global capex/fixed assets, lease teams to achieve process improvements.
Manage Capex Budget, Forecast, monthly meetings with company Stakeholders including but not limited to checking quality of capex submission, compliance check, reviewing asset creation, etc.
Guide, advise, and explain financial implications to stakeholders that may lack finance acumen.
Lead key financial planning processes (annual operating plan, forecasts) and provide structure and guidance by developing schedules, timelines, templates, and models to assist leadership.
Support Supply Operation in evaluating and planning strategic initiatives.
Attend all required meetings held by Vineyard Operation Team
Ensure clean, accurate, and reliable transactional details in the general ledger (G/L)
Accurately document financial forecasts and budgets in the required systems and reports
Lead and own process and G/L structure changes to achieve lean/continuous improvement and global alignment opportunities in financial reporting.
Responsible for half year SGARA result calculation (recognition of vineyard profits)
Assist in any half year & year-end audit requirements, independently preparing all requested schedules in the timeline required.
Partner with Regional Controller to ensure group compliance with all company policies and financial controls.
Develop ways of working and liaising with Global Business Service teams to ensure efficient and quality outcomes building sustainable long-term relationships.

About You
We are searching for a dynamic, business savvy professional with at least 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A and accounting. Ideally, you come from the CPG, wine, alcohol/beverage, or food & beverage industry, with previous experience providing business partnership to Supply Operations or Production teams. You are also technically savvy with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and proven experience working with integrated manufacturing/ERP systems (e.g., JDE). Additional key qualifications include:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required. MBA or CPA a plus.
Ability to produce timely and accurate work independently. Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams, ask the appropriate questions and gain consensus in solving problems.
Excellent interpersonal and people skills. Proactive communication skills (written/oral/presentation) required.
Highly organized, multi-task oriented with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of technical and professional principles for accounting and finance.
Proficient in developing financial models that translate to meaningful business insights.
Proven analytical capabilities and strategic mind, ability to communicate financial information clearly and in a manner which helps drive decisions at an executive level.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $104,000 to $127,000 a year. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of the Napa, CA area. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
